A premium drink base using real fruit, carbohydres, mineral salts and added New Zealand whey protein isolate. It has been specifically formulated for use during sustained strenuous exercise of 2 hours and over.
Made with whey protein isolate (90% protein) to help replace protein stores in the body, making it ideal to support tissue building and repair during and after extended exercise when taken in conjunction with a healthy and varied diet.
Use 2 level scoops (included) of powder for every 500ml of water & mix well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing. Recommended: 500ml – 900ml per hour during extended exercise, up to 3.5 servings per day.
