Hamburger’s Performance LS1 (Non DoD) lifter valley covers take functionality and wrap it up in a high-tech, high-class package. These quality covers fit Gen III (Non-DoD) engines, and are milled from a solid block of 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum to tolerances only attainable through CNC machining.
They offer outstanding block rigidity, while the precision machined under side provides an excellent seal using the existing factory O-ring. The wide chamfered edges ensure adequate intake manifold runner clearance. Finished with a hard anodizing, these covers really stand out when used on carbureted LS engines.
