Description
This is a bolt on ZZP Intercooler kit for your Cadillac ATS RWD or AWD 2.0L turbo that replaces your hot and cold side charge pipes and front mount air to air intercooler.
It retains the use of your stock bypass valve. There haven’t been any measured gains by replacing the bypass valve with an aftermarket BOV (Blow Off Valve).
The stock IC core dimensions are 21 5/8″ w x 16″ h x 1 1/4″ thick and the ZZP core dimensions are 23 1/2″ w x 9 1/2″ h x 4″ thick. Please take into account that this measurements do not include the end tanks. Will not fit on 2.0L CTS’s as there is not enough room for the larger core with the stock bumper cover.
